When staying in Scotland you must visit Edinburgh Christmas Market, Christmas celebrations run from the tail-end of November, throughout December and into January. Every year there is fun for family and friends in the form of fairground rides and various Christmas stalls providing a chance to geta spot of shopping done. The theatres are full of pantomimes and shows celebrating the joyous time, while other festivities include a Christmas Tree Maze, Ice Skating and Santas Grotto. There arent many more picturesque places to spend Christmas than the beautiful walled, medieval city of York where an annual Christmas festival is held.
